 More than just a prenatal class! I'll review different hospital scenarios and how to overcome anything that can derail chest/breastfeeding. I'll help you identify the most common problems so you won't be blindsided. We'll focus on what to expect in the first few hours and days after giving birth, including about normal newborn behaviors, how to position your baby in multiple holds, how to attain optimal latch, and most importantly, comfortably chest/breastfeed your baby.

Some lactation challenges don't require in-home visits. Telehealth consults are great for managing oversupply, increasing supply, bottlefeeding, exclusive pumping, weaning, returning to work, and answering general questions.

This consult involves me traveling to your own. I will examine your breasts and the baby. We will do a weighted feed using my very precise baby scale and work on positioning and latch, I will also provide you with information and support on a variety of topics, such as pumping, returning to work, and dealing with common breastfeeding challenges.

Heading back to work soon? In this consult, we will develop a plan that takes into account your schedule and childcare arrangements, as well as anticipatory guidance for potential challenges.
